Săftescu Raluca Georgiana este masterandă în cadrul Departamentului de Relaţii Internaţionale şi Integrare Europeană al Şcolii Naţionale de Studii Politice şi Administrative, specializările „Evaluarea politicilor şi programelor publice europene” şi „Diplomaţie şi Negocieri”. Licenţiată în Relaţii Internaţionale şi Studii Europene la Facultatea de Ştiinţe Politice a SNSPA, în iunie 2013 a primit distincţia „Şef de promoţie”. Studiile universitare ale domnişoarei Săftescu au fost completate de stagii de practică în instituţii precum: Centrul de Studii De Drept European al Institutului de Cercetări Juricide Acad. Andrei Rădulescu din cadrul Academiei Române, Ambasada Poloniei- Secţia Culturală- Institutul Polonez, Institutul European din România, Institutul de Studii Latino-Americane şi Asociaţia Pro Democraţia.
Domeniile sale de expertiză sunt: relaţii internaţionale şi integrare europeană, dreptul Uniunii Europene, evaluarea politicilor publice, ştiinţe politice, diplomaţie.
În ceea ce priveşte activitatea de cercetare şi publicaţiile sunt de menţionat următoarele:

Săftescu Raluca Georgiana is studying for two Master`s degree in `Evaluation of European Programmes and Public Policies` and `Diplomacy and Negotiation` at the Department of International Relations and European Integration which is part of the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration. Having a Bachelor’s in International Relations and European Studies, she graduated in 2013, with the honour of Valedictorian of the Faculty of Political Science. The education of Ms. Săftescu also included internships at prestigious institutions, like: The Legal Research Institute „Acad. Andrei Rădulescu” of the Romanian Academy – the Center for European Legal Studies, the Cultural Service of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Romania – the Polish Institute, the European Institute of Romania, Institute of Latin American Studies and the Pro Democracy Association. Her areas of expertise are: international relations and European studies, European Union law, evaluation of public policies, political science, diplomacy. In terms of research activity and publications, it is important to mention:
