Este membr\u0103 a Centrului\npentru Dreptul Afacerilor Timi\u0219oara (Universitatea de Vest din Timi\u0219oara), membr\u0103\na colegiului de redac\u021bie al revistei ,,Analele Facult\u0103\u021bii de Drept a\nUniversit\u0103\u021bii de Vest din Timi\u015foara\u201d, sec\u021biunea Dreptul Afacerilor, a Forumului\nEuropean de Dreptul Mediului (EELF) \u0219i a Asocia\u021biei Rom\u00e2ne de Drept \u0219i Afaceri\nEuropene (ARDAE). Este avocat (din 2013) \u0219i formator \u00een cadrul Institutului\nNa\u021bional de Preg\u0103tire \u0219i Perfec\u021bionare a Avoca\u021bilor. A fost profesor invitat la\nUniversit\u00e0 degli studi dell&#8217;Insubria Como \u0219i la Universitatea din Padova \u00een cadrul\nprogramului Erasmus + \u0219i, de asemenea, a absolvit cursurile Facult\u0103\u021bii\nInterna\u021bionale de Drept Comparat, Strasbourg, Fran\u021ba, \u0219i a efectuat cercet\u0103ri\nla Universit\u00e9 Rennes 1, Fran\u021ba \u0219i la Center for\nSocial Investment al Universit\u0103\u021bii din Heidelberg, Germania. A avut\ncalitatea de raportor na\u021bional pentru congresul organizat de International\nAcademy of Comparative Law din anul 2022 \u0219i de expert na\u021bional \u00een cadrul\nproiectului coordonat de c\u0103tre Institutul Universitar European de la Floren\u021ba\n\u0219i \u00een care Uniunea Na\u0163ional\u0103 a Barourilor din Rom\u00e2nia este partener, \u00eentre\n2017-2019. Principalele sale domenii de cercetare sunt: dreptul societ\u0103\u021bilor (al\nUE), dreptul mediului, CSR \u0219i <em>Law &amp;\nSociety<\/em>. A publicat aproximativ 60 de articole \u0219i 4 c\u0103r\u021bi ca autor unic \u0219i\na participat la peste 50 de conferin\u021be. A publicat \u00een volume colective ap\u0103rute\nla edituri interna\u021bionale (CH Beck \u2013 Nomos \u2013 Hart, Peter Lang) &nbsp;\u0219i a participat \u00een proiecte de cercetare \u00een\ndomeniul dreptului societar.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Flaminia St\u00e2rc-Meclejan<\/strong> is an Associate Professor at the West University of Timi\u0219oara, Faculty of Law, where she teaches (EU) company law, environmental law, CSR, ethics and legal English (since 2000). She is a member of the Center for Business Law Timi\u0219oara (West University of Timi\u0219oara), a member of the editorial board of the journal &#8220;Annals of the Faculty of Law, the West University of Timi\u0219oara&#8221;, the Business Law section, of the European Environmental Law Forum (EELF) and of the Romanian Association of Law and European Affairs (ARDAE). She is a lawyer (since 2013) and a trainer at the National Institute for the Training and Improvement of Lawyers. She was was invited to give lectures at Universit\u00e0 degli studi dell&#8217;Insubria Como and the University of Padua within the Erasmus + program and she also graduated from the International Faculty of Comparative Law, Strasbourg, France, and conducted research at the Universit\u00e9 Rennes 1, France and at the Center for Social Investment of the University of Heidelberg, Germany. She was a national rapporteur for the congress of the International Academy of Comparative Law in 2022 and a national expert in the project coordinated by the European University Institute in Florence and in which the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations is a partner, between 2017-2019. Her main research areas are: (EU) company law, environmental law, CSR and Law &amp; Society. She wrote around 60 articles and 4 books as sole author and attended more than 50 conferences.
