Cariera mea \u00een afaceri publice a \u00eenceput \u00een 2009 cu un stagiu la Parlamentul European, urmat de un alt stagiu la o consultan\u021b\u0103 din Bruxelles, unde am \u00eenceput s\u0103 m\u0103 specializez \u00een afacerile publice de s\u0103n\u0103tate. La scurt timp, m-am alaturat Comitetului permanent al medicilor europeni (CPME), o asocia\u021bie profesional\u0103 reprezent\u00e2nd medicii, in calitate de consilier politici de sanatate. \u00cen 2013, am inceput activitatea de independent in parallel cu jobul la CPME. \u00cen 2016, am decis s\u0103 accept oferta Burson-Marsteller (cunoscut ast\u0103zi drept Burson-Cohn & Wolfe – BCW) \u00een calitate de Asociat Senior\/Senior Associate.\u00cen timp ce a fost al\u0103turi de Burson-Marsteller, cel mai complex proiect a fost o campanie integrat\u0103 de afaceri publice despre infertilitate, care a fost lansat\u0103 cu succes \u0219i pentru care am primit un premiu intern, Harold Award. Dup\u0103 aproximativ 2 ani, am decis s\u0103-mi continui jobul de consultant independent cu norm\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103 \u0219i am colaborat cu Direct Selling Europe, Savion Ray (o companie de PR), am condus o asocia\u021bie comercial\u0103, CEPA, reprezent\u00e2nd sectorul european de servicii de gestionare a d\u0103un\u0103torilor \u0219i am sus\u021binut un candidat pentru Parlamentul European. Am decis anul trecut c\u0103 dup\u0103 aproape 10 ani la Bruxelles, a\u0219 dori s\u0103-mi \u00een\u021beleg pu\u021bin mai bine r\u0103d\u0103cinile \u0219i c\u0103 este timpul s\u0103 revin \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. Am acceptat o nou\u0103 provocare \u00een calitate de director al dezvolt\u0103rii afacerilor cu ORKIN, lider global al serviciilor de combatere a d\u0103un\u0103torilor.
Educa\u0163ieAm absolvit Universitatea American\u0103 din Bulgaria (AUBG) cu o dubl\u0103 specializare \u00een studii europene \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021be politice \/ rela\u021bii interna\u021bionale. Tema tezei de licen\u021b\u0103, primit\u0103 cu distinc\u021bie, a fost evolu\u021bia grupurilor de interese din Rom\u00e2nia din 1990 pana in 2009. Dup\u0103 AUBG, am absolvit masteratul la Katholieke Universiteit Leuven si am obtinut un MSc in European Politics and Policies. \u00cen 2014, am \u00eenceput un licen\u021biat \u00een drept belgian la Universite Saint Louis din Bruxelles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\nMy public affairs career started in 2009 with an internship at the European Parliament followed by another internship at a Brussels consultancy where I started to specialise in health public affairs. Shortly after, I joined the Standing Committee of European Doctors (CPME), a professional association representing doctors as a medical profession. In 2013, while at CPME, I asked my employer for permission to register a VAT number and have my own clients, the first of which was another well- known consultancy, Ogilvy. In 2016, I decided to accept a job with Burson-Marsteller (today known as Burson-Cohn & Wolfe – BCW) as Senior Associate.While with Burson-Marsteller, the most complex project was an integrated public affairs campaigni raising awareness about infertility, which launched successfully and for which I received an internal award, the Harold Award. After about 2 years I decided to continue my independent consultant job full- time and I collaborated with Direct Selling Europe, Savion Ray (a PR company), ran a trade association, CEPA, representing the European pest management services sector and supported a candidate running for the European Parliament. I decided last year that after almost 10 years in Brussels, I would like to understand my own roots a bit better and that it\u2019s time to come back to Romania. I accepted a new challenge as Director of Business Development with ORKIN, a global leader of pest management services.
EducationI graduated from the American University in Bulgaria (AUBG) with a double major in European Studies and Political Science \/ International Relations. The topic of my bachelor thesis, received with distinction, was the evolution of interest groups in Romania since 1990. After AUBG, I graduated from MEPP, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. Pressure Groups in the EU was and still remains one of my favourite classes. I still remember some of it after 11 years. In 2014, I started a bachelor in Belgian law at Universite Saint Louis in Brussels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
