In 2012, he was the University of Florida\u2019s Teacher-Scholar of the Year; former Editor-in-Chief of the <i>American Business Law Journal<\/i>; 2012 Fulbright Professorship (University of Sofia); and author or co-author of 100 publications including 10 books and more than 50 law review articles.
