doua\u00a0edi\u021bie a<\/h1>\n<h1>Concursului Na\u021bional de Procese Simulate pe tema Dreptului European.<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Competi\u021bia se va desf\u0103\u0219ura \u00een perioada 17-19 martie 2017, la sediul Universit\u0103\u021bii \u201ePetru Maior\u201d din T\u00e2rgu Mure\u0219.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Cadrul academic-competitiv le ofer\u0103 studen\u021bilor \u015fansa s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi valorifice eforturile \u00een cadrul celor dou\u0103 etape ale concursului: etapa scris\u0103, presupun\u00e2nd elaborarea a dou\u0103 memorii, din perspectiva ambelor calit\u0103\u021bi procesuale \u2013 Aplicant \u0219i Ap\u0103rare \u2013 \u0219i etapa oral\u0103, \u00eensemn\u00e2nd sus\u021binerea pledoariilor \u00een fa\u021ba unui juriu format din profesioni\u0219ti ai domeniului.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>La concurs pot participa echipe formate din minim 2, maxim 4 studen\u021bi\/masteranzi \u00eenmatricula\u021bi la o Facultate de Drept din Rom\u00e2nia.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u00censcrierea are loc prin trimiterea unui e-mail p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de 28.02.2017 ora 23:59 la adresa precizat\u0103 mai jos care s\u0103 con\u021bin\u0103 urm\u0103toarele: numele echipei, numele studen\u021bilor ce o compun, anul de studiu \u0219i facultatea.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Fiecare echip\u0103 are dreptul la 2 \u00eentreb\u0103ri clarificatoare asupra spe\u021bei, ce vor fi trimise \u00een acela\u0219i moment cu memoriile \u00eentocmite, \u00eentr-un fi\u0219ier separat, iar r\u0103spunsurile se vor publica ulterior pe site.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Memoriile pot fi depuse tot p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de 28.02.2017 ora 23:59, urm\u00e2nd comunicarea calific\u0103rii participan\u021biilor la etapa oral\u0103, constituit\u0103 din runde preliminarii urmate de finala Concursului Na\u021bional de Procese Simulate.<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Echipele sunt considerate \u00eenscrise
